  Absolutely appalled. I booked this taxi for a client and patient the vet clinic I work for. half an hour later the poor client is still waiting, I don't get a phone call from the company and no cab. I called, got a message that said there was a taxi on it's way. Then called again and I am told they can't find a cab yet? what the hell? don't take the job if you can't do it. 'Customer service' was rude and unhelpful. I then called another company and had a taxi within 5 minutes. Don't use this company, they're a joke.

  Absolutely unhelpful customer service that hung up on me. Called 131451 to get my bicycle with a flat tyre to my work place and didn't make an attempt to help locate the suburb to pick me up. I installed the uber app which did a better job that picked me up within 8 mins.

  only use on the odd occasion when train arn't running early in the morning. Each and every time I have used them the drivers seem to be never going the direct route. First fair was $25. My latest one was $35.... just take to the quickest route to my destination!!!

  Driver is nice, but the customer services is really really terrible! Worst experience ever,. The customer service officer not only gave wrong direction to the driver, but also yelled at customer and being RACIST!

  This company used to be good years ago, but now they're worse than useless. They'll happily take bookings over the phone, even doing so if you need a cab the following day, but apparently they won't put the actual call out until the morning you need the service and if a driver doesn't feel like doing that trip, then you're left stranded. Calling Legion won't help either as they will readily tell you that they can't make a driver go to where they don't wish to go. Um, well, actually you can, but why get bogged down in semantics? And why would you bother with a booking if at the end of the day I can be in the exact same position as if I hadn't called at all? Pathetic! There are a vast number of cab companies all vying for your business, so use anybody else other than Legion.
